WHAT TO EXPECT FROM OUR TIME TOGETHER
The HFS experience
This isn't a goodbye, but a see you later! We take pride in forming lasting relationships with our initial clients. Many of our couples also hire us for anniversary sessions, family portraits and even pregnancy shoots. We are here and ready to assist with every milestone.
Life-long touch
When we leave your wedding, the third part of our workflow begins. We will take the time to meticulously curate and edit your images to tell a visual story of the beauty and emotion of the day. Each and every image is given special attention, therefore we usually deliver the gallery within 6-8 weeks. A digital gallery is good but printed photographs are better. We will also guide you through the design and print process of your custom wedding album or fine art prints.
Relieve Every Moment
The day has finally come! Your "job" is done. Ours continues. All you need to do is relax, have fun and celebrate with your loved ones. We will take care of capturing every meaningful moments, revealing the glamour and elegance of your wedding details while turning you into cover models.
The Big Day!
Once you're ready to move forward, it will simply take a signed contract and paid retainer to lock you in! From this point forward we are officially on your team and will work with you (and your planner) to ensure a seamless, confident and smooth wedding day. This in between period will be used to iron out every detail of your wedding day and prepare for your engagement session. We will check in whenever needed and answer any questions or worries you may have.

Your wedding is unique because you are. You are the driving force and inspiration. We therefore schedule a call or meet in person to get to know you. We will take particular interest in hearing about your needs and wants, your story and your vision. We answer all your questions, discuss your wedding day details, and ensure that we’re the perfect fit to bring it all to life!

We take pride in crafting timeless, impactful and creative images. The process starts before and continues past your wedding day. In order to ensure that our quality of images remain consistent, each photograph is carefully curated and edited. Therefore, you will be receiving your final images approximately 6-8 weeks after the wedding day.
10 How long will it take to receive our photos?
It is not customary for us to attend the rehearsal dinner, however if you're keen on having us there you can absolutely opt to include it in your package.
09 Do you need to attend rehearsal dinner?
Absolutely! In an effort to remain flexible and adaptable, we offer an overtime rate to ensure that all your important moments are captured. Feel free to contact us for more information.
08 If we are running late, will you stay later than you were scheduled?
Even though weddings and portraits are our primary area of focus, we also offer branding, family and maternity photography. Inquire for more information.
07 Do you only shoot weddings?
At this time we solely focus on photography, ensuring that we provide our very best to our client! However, we have built great relationships with some talented cinematographers and would be more than happy to refer them.
06 Do you offer cinematography?
Yes! We are insured and ready to work!
05 Our venue requires insurance, do you have any?
Yes! We understand that weddings are an investment and we will work with you to establish a payment plan. Once the retainer is paid, you are free to set up your next payment(s) as you best see fit. The final and last payment is due up to two weeks before the wedding date.
04 Do you offer payment plans?
Once you've decided and are certain that we are the team for you, simply get in touch with us. It will only take a signed contract and a retainer of 25% of your desired package to lock us in!
03 How do we book you?
Given that we limit the number of weddings that we cover per year to ensure a tailored and exclusive experience for all of our couples, the sooner the better. On average couples book 8-12 months in advance.
02 How far in advance should we book you?
We primarily serve the tri-state area (New York, New Jersey & Connecticut). However we'd love to capture your love story beyond these states, whether within the US or internationally (travel fees may apply). Contact us for more information.
